Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, - you have 14 days after the delivery of your shipment to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the exact condition that you received it, with manufacturer tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You will also need the invoice, receipt or other proof of purchase. All returns MUST BE PRE-APPROVED. Any item that is returned without pre-approval, or received by us in used condition and not resellable as new, will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@runyonsurfboards.com. Please provide your First and Last Name, order or invoice number, date of purchase, and reason for return. We will contact you within one business day. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:Â

If your return is approved you will be given a Return Authorization Number (RA#) please write the RA# provided by the customer service representative on the outside of the box or return label. Return labels are not provided by Runyon Surfboards. We are not responsible for return shipments that are lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. We suggest that you ship any returns back with insurance and tracking. Please contact us for any return question at info@runyonsurfboard.com.
Refunds
If approved, you will receive credit for you return and your refund will be processed within 10 business days of our receipt and inspection of your return. Please be aware it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.Â
